Bill was a great help to our union as we negotiated contracts over the years.  He also became a friend to many of us, and he remained a friend even though most of the original group have since retired.  I'll miss you, friend. Condolences to Bill's family and loved ones.

Worked with Bill many time negotiating at Whitesville Central.  He was a great guy and always a gentleman.  He will be missed.  My sympathy to his friends and family.  May he Rest In Peace.

Dear Sue, I was so sorry to hear about Bill. He was a mentor to me when I was a school counselor. I loved his sense of humor and positive outlook. We lost one of the good guys.
